The personnel were friendly, accommodating and helpful. They were not extremely knowledgable in the product although they were not unsatisfactory. Their were several personnel who were obviously new and in training. The associate that took care of crediting our "turn in" item and charges for the "replacement" item identified himself as an Assistant Manager but required assistance and assurance as to steps in ringing up the sale from the Store Manager. The Store Manager did not remain at the register with the Assistant. There was and there still is a problem with the billing. He charged for pick up and delivery of the inoperative freezer and the new refrigerator/freezer even after we insisted and suggested he check with Chicago who assured us that there would be no pickup/delivery charges. Obviously he insisted on the charges and since we needed the appliance, we saw no option. We do need rectification of this situation. I would like to reiterate that the personnel were accommodating and attribute the problem to their lack of experience rather than any negativism or attitude on their part.
