Considering the tax free weekend shopping frenzy I went to the store late saturday and left without a purchase. I was informed that they were constantly restocking so returned on the following day. The store was very crowded but because the salesman I dealt with was so professional he was able to help my husband and I while also juggling 2 to 3 other customers at the same time. People were asking for help even while he was checking us out and with ease he would look around and call another salesperson to get that persons needs tended to. (as he had 2 people waiting for him behind us) I have purchased all my appliances from you since the store opened and never had a problem. We also always bring them home the day of purchase and the loading process has also been a breeze. Where else can you go when your washer or dryer breaks down in the morning and by afternoon still have your laundry done!!!!! or your refrigerator break down and have a new before your food defrosts. Thanks for everything and to your wonderful store and salespeople.

I came in to buy a mattress for my son and the sales associate must have showed us ever mattress possible. In the end, I even bought a new mattress for myself. He showed great patience and when he checked us out he brought to my attention the rewards card is not a charge card, so he signed me up for a new card which even saved me more money. He is an asset to you corporation. Thank you

Scott and other associates were extremely helpful. I am very satisfied as well with the appliances I purchased and with the persons who delivered and/or installed the items. Glad "scrath and dent" items are still available. I never buy ones that are pristine because of their prices and because I know that I, too, will end up giving them a little scratch and dent of my own - soon enough!

I was very satisfied and impressed with the service I received at the Outlet Store. There was a great selection of items. I can not say enough about the salesperson, Vivian, who helped me. She was informative and took her time with me explaining every detail of my purchase. So appreciate her very much! I went into the sears outlet confused about what I wanted, kendrick took his time to show me different models that the store had on the floor. He was very patient with me and helped me pick out a kenmore model with the 3 door (which I believe is the best creation in the world) he is a helpful associate and I will be back in a couple months to buy a range from him.

My overall experience was great ! I love the location of the outlet store and most importantly the people that work there are great. They are kind and very polite. In addition, i thought my saleslady was very knowledgeable and patient. She helping me looking at both pros and cons of 2 specific appliances i was looking at. I felt she had the best interest for me as the consumer and was going to ensure my complete satisfaction.

Derrick was very friendly and helpful with my questions. The manager helped me load the lawn tractor and also was very professional and friendly. This was a big purchase for me and all the associates at this store did an excellent job. Afterwards I satisfied with this experience and when my budget allows I will stop at this store first for my next major purchase.

Derrek was very helpfull,I told him what I was looking for and he show me just what I was looking for.I bought a fridge. he also showed me 3 others so that I was sure of what I wanted. I couldn't ask for a better salesperson.I will be 80 in july and not many people are pasent with old people but he was very kind and helpful,I will sent family & friends to him.

My wife and I were exetremely impress with Ms. Roxan's professionalism, knowledge of the product we purchased, kindness,and courteousness. We felt like one of the Sears family members thanks to Roxan. We were very satisfied. This was our first time shopping at the Sears Outlet. I recently purchased my washer and dryer from the Sears Oulet. Our sales rep. Alma was so helpful and extremely nice that I decided to return to buy my refrigerator from there as well. I am really big on customer service and she passed the test with an A++. Thanks for your great prices and great customer service!

Amber greeted us as soon as we walked in. She came into the department that we were shopping and asked if we needed any help. She also let us know of the special sales going on that day. She was very helpful and the departments looked very clean. Amber was the person that helped us at check out and she was very upbeat. Her customer service all in all was wonderful.
